Evaluation
Claims are reviewed within 7–10 business days of receipt. Our team will assess your claim and reach out if additional information is needed.
Resolution
If approved:
- Repair or replacement
- Comparable model if original unavailable
- Replacement inherits remaining warranty or 90 days (whichever is longer)
- Warranty does not restart
No refunds. No incidental or consequential damages.
